A Wedding

Inita and Andrejs got married yesterday and I was able to attend the civil ceremony and enjoy a time of celebrating afterwards. Inita's mother, Maija (my neighbor in Tilza) and I enjoyed catching up a bit before and after the ceremony.

Arrived in Latvia-April 22

On Wednesday this week I arrived back in Latvia. The trip was good- with an overnight stop in London.
Will be here in Riga for a few more days and then will attend a prayer conference sponsored by Bridge Builders/Partneri. It's called Prayer Days and is specifically for pastors and other leaders in the churches from all over Latvia. I expect it to be an excellent time of renewal and revival.

All is Well-April 6

It is now six weeks since my surgery and all seems to be going well. I still get tired in the evening but am learning that that is to be expected.I will be returning to Latvia on April 20th. Am looking forward to having people from Calvin spend about two weeks in Tilza (and other places) as we run an adventure camp and visit with the Tilža folks. Will give more details as the time gets closer.
