Where Am I?

Once again I really need to catch up here with what's happening for me.

JUNE - Most of my time was spent preparing for Tilza's Challenge Camp which was held in JULY. Five people from Calvin came to Tilza and we really did challenge the 15 kids who participated. The schedule was different from most camps that our Latvian staff had helped with before so we all worked hard to keep communication going. It seems that the Lord was challenging all of us. All didn't go as expected but it did go well - and six of the campers asked Jesus to be the Lord of their life. We rejoiced with the Angles!!
AUGUST - I flew back to Corvallis on August 3rd. Egija Logina, a young friend from Latvia, and one of our camp staff members, traveled with me. Egija spent a month visiting Corvallis friends and seeing some of the sights in Oregon. I spent most of August being refreshed, making appointments for the Fall, taking a quick trip to So. California for a high school reunion, and preparing for the next two months.
I plan to be here until the last week of October. Am trying to seeing see people in small groups and share how the Lord is working in our ministry in Tilza.
