Another "Catch Up" Entry

November was busy with more Latvian lessons, boarding school kids, Sunday worship services and getting ready for winter. One day I decided to go for a drive "just to see some places nearby" and really enjoyed the trip. One idea came to me while driving through several cities. Perhaps some of our team members will take a trip once a month to a different city or town just to pray for the people there. We do want our focus to be more than just Tilža so this might be a good way to keep the vision in mind.

December snow storms arrived and it has been snowing most every day since with a slight break to warm things up a bit and turn everything to ice. My snow and ice driving experience is so minimal that I am really not much help in making trips to Balvi or even around Tilža. I have gotten stuck three times (my car is very small and light) so Līga had to get out and push!

Several weeks ago we got a truck load of humanitarian aid from England and we have been finding places for the stuff ever since. Right now most of it is stored in the church. Included were some boxes of foodwhich we distributed in packages right before Christmas. This picture to the left is Zoja and Mo. Zoja's two sons became followers of Christ this past year and are growing in their relationship with Him. Pray for Zoja to do the same.
